The Gaming Cabin

The Brief

What the room needed to do.

With the rising demand for high-quality home entertainment and flexible remote working spaces, Tekden set out to design a solution that could serve both purposes without compromise. The vision was clear: to create a sleek, modern garden cabin that could deliver the full experience of a home cinema, an immersive gaming hub, and a peaceful, productive office space—all in one.

Customers were increasingly looking for more than just a shed or garden room; they wanted an escape—a retreat that offered both thrill and tranquillity, suited for everything from competitive gaming and weekend movie nights to focused work-from-home days.

The Solution

How the build came together.

Tekden answered the challenge with the Gaming and Cinema Cabin, a meticulously designed space that blurs the lines between work and play.

Outfitted with an immersive 130-inch 4K cinema/gaming area, this cabin transforms any game or film into a larger-than-life experience. Custom RGB lighting kits enhance the ambiance, allowing users to set the perfect mood whether they’re deep in gameplay, enjoying a blockbuster movie, or grinding through a work presentation.

The cabin is not only visually stunning but acoustically rich, thanks to premium soundproofing and layout planning. And with thoughtful design touches that make it suitable for daytime office use—such as integrated desk space, clean sightlines, and natural lighting options—it offers true versatility from 9 to 5 and beyond.

The Result

The finished simulator space.

The response to the Gaming and Cinema Cabin has been nothing short of phenomenal. It has quickly become a fan favorite at our display site, captivating visitors of all ages. Adults are wowed by the high-end tech and sleek finishes, while younger visitors are instantly drawn into the immersive gaming atmosphere.

Customers frequently describe the cabin as “difficult to leave,” and many are surprised at just how multifunctional the space feels. It’s not just a luxury—it’s a lifestyle upgrade, delivering entertainment, productivity, and personal escape all within a few steps of the home.

Whether you're a hardcore gamer, a movie buff, or just need a stylish and quiet place to work, the Tekden Gaming Cabin offers the perfect blend of immersion and innovation.
