Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please read the following carefully:

3. Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the item is damaged or faulty.
4. Damaged or Faulty Items: If your product arrives damaged or develops a fault, you must notify us within 14 days of receipt. Please include photos or videos where possible to help us resolve the issue quickly.
5. Manufacturer Warranty & Repairs: Some items, particularly electronic or technology-based products, are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. In these cases, the manufacturer may:
   • Request to inspect or repair the item,
   • Offer a replacement,
   • Or resolve the dispute directly with you.
   This process is subject to the terms set by the individual manufacturer and may vary by product.
6. Right to Refuse Returns: We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds on items that show signs of misuse, intentional damage, or fall outside our return window.
7. Refund Processing Time: Once a returned item is received and approved, your refund will be processed as quickly as possible. Refunds typically appear in your account within 3–7 working days, depending on your bank.
