1. Do you sell standalone tech products?
Yes! In addition to our custom TEKDEN services, our website features an e-commerce shop where you can purchase individual tech components. Whether youโre looking for projectors, PCs, gaming equipment, golf accessories, or other tech essentials, you can find everything you need to build or upgrade your ideal space.
2. What is a TEKDEN?
A TEKDEN is a purpose-built, customizable structure designed for immersive golf or gaming experiences. It can also be adapted for other uses like a home cinema, office, or leisure room.
3. Do I need planning permission for a TEKDEN?
All of our preset cabins and panel buildings are designed to comply with UK permitted development rules. They are under 30mยฒ in floor area, with eaves heights kept below 2.5 metres and ridge heights below 4 metres.
Please note:
If the property is located in a conservation area, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB), or is a listed building, planning permission will be required.
Golf simulator buildings must be positioned at least 2 metres away from all boundaries to qualify under permitted development.
For buildings over 30mยฒ, on protected land, or those close to boundaries, we recommend contacting a member of our team for advice, as planning permission may be necessary.
4. How long does it take to design and build a TEKDEN?
Timelines vary depending on the size, features, and level of customization. On average, most TEKDEN projects can be completed within a few weeks to a couple of months, from initial design to final installation.
