1. Can I install it myself?
Yes – if you’re confident working at height and have basic experience. Otherwise, we recommend using our professional install service or another professional installer.
2. Can I pick different components?
Yes! All elements including launch monitors, PCs, projectors, and mats are configurable.
3. Do I need planning permission for a TEKDEN?
In many cases, planning permission isn’t required if you have a 2m space between every boundary and the building is under 30m2. However, regulations vary by location, so it’s best to check local guidelines or consult with our team for advice.
4. How long does it take to design and build a TEKDEN?
Timelines vary depending on the size, features, and level of customization. On average, most TEKDEN projects can be completed within a few days, from initial delivery to completion.
5. What simulator and tech options are available?
We offer a range of state-of-the-art simulators for both golf and gaming, plus optional extras like advanced audio systems, lighting controls, and more. Our team can recommend the best setup based on your needs and budget.
6. Can I plaster the internals & clad the external?
Yes! With our insulated panel buildings it is straight-forward to install cladding on the outside & plasterboard internally, however you may choose not to as they come with a lovely anthracite external finish and a smooth white internal finish.
