Acoustic Decor Slatted Wall Panels | Natural Grey Oak (Pack of 2)

Acoustic Decor Slatted Wall Panels in Natural Grey Oak give you the slat-wall look in a cooler, more contemporary tone. Grey oak works particularly well in rooms with a lot of black kit — projectors, screens, AV racks — because it ties the hardware into the walls instead of fighting it.

Each panel is built from real wood veneer slats mounted on a black 9mm acoustic backing board, giving you the deep shadow lines that make a slat wall look expensive — while the gaps between the slats break up reflected sound. The result is a room that looks like a proper media space and sounds like one too, with less of the harsh echo you get off bare plaster.

Panels measure 2400mm x 600mm x 22mm and are supplied in packs of two, covering 2.88 square metres. They can be screwed or glued, so they go up on most walls without specialist tools, and they’re treated with UV protection to keep the finish from fading.

Frequently Asked Questions

What do I get in a pack?
Each pack contains two panels. Every panel measures 2400mm x 600mm x 22mm, so a pack covers 2.88 square metres of wall. These panels are supplied by our supplier in boxes of two, which is why they are sold as a pair rather than singly.
Will these soundproof my simulator room?
No — and be wary of anyone who tells you otherwise. Slatted panels are acoustic treatment, not soundproofing. They absorb and diffuse sound inside the room, which tames echo and reverb and makes a sim or cinema room sound noticeably tighter. They will not stop sound travelling through the wall into the next room. If your goal is stopping noise reaching the rest of the house, you need proper isolation in the wall build-up.
How do they fix to the wall?
They can be screwed or glued, so they suit most solid and stud walls. Screwing through the slats into battens or studs is the most secure method; adhesive works well on flat, sound surfaces. Fit them vertically as shown, and plan your layout before you start so the joins land where you want them.
Can I fit these behind my impact screen?
We wouldn’t recommend putting them in the ball strike zone — they’re a decorative acoustic finish, not an impact surface. They’re at their best on the side and rear walls, on the wall behind a TV, or anywhere in the room away from direct ball strike. For the hitting area itself, use a proper impact-rated solution.
Will the colour fade?
The panels are treated with UV protection against fading, so they’re well suited to rooms with natural light. As with any real wood product, very strong direct sunlight over a long period will still change the tone slightly.
