Can I cancel my pre-order and get a refund?

How is the Omni different from the original Square Golf launch monitor?
The Omni is Square Golf’s second-generation launch monitor with four key upgrades over the original. First, it uses four photometric cameras instead of two, which gives better accuracy and a larger hitting zone. Second, it works fully indoors and outdoors, including direct sunlight on real grass. Third, it reads any standard ball — no markings needed. Finally, a built-in LCD display shows ball and club data directly on the unit, so you no longer need a phone or tablet.
Does the Square Golf Omni require any subscriptions?
No. Square Golf’s own simulator software comes with the device, and you’ll never pay annual or monthly fees. Plus, you get 1,000 free welcome credits (around 55+ rounds) with your purchase. However, if you want to add third-party software like GSPro or E6 Connect, their publishers sell those licences separately.
Can I really use the Omni outdoors at the driving range?
Yes — and this is one of the biggest upgrades over the original Square. The Omni works on real grass, in direct sunlight, and at outdoor ranges. Furthermore, it’s lightweight enough to take with you and packs down small enough for a golf bag.
Will the Omni work with GSPro and E6 Connect?
Yes. The Square Golf Omni connects to leading third-party simulator platforms including GSPro, E6 Connect and Awesome Golf. However, you’ll also need a Windows PC running the relevant software plus an active GSPro or E6 licence (their publishers sell those separately).
How much room do I need to use the Omni indoors?
The Omni sits side-on next to the ball, which makes it ideal for tight spaces. As a result, a minimum room of around 4.6m (L) x 3.0m (W) x 2.7m (H) suits most golfers, with 6.1m x 4.6m x 3.0m being the comfortable recommended size. Also, the side-mounted design needs far less depth than radar-based launch monitors, so it fits brilliantly in garages, basements and converted spare rooms.
