Frequently Asked Questions
How many tiles do I need?
Calculate your wall area in square metres, then divide by the tile size. The 400x400mm tiles cover 0.16m² each, while the 800x400mm tiles cover 0.32m² each. Add 10% extra to account for cuts and wastage around edges and obstacles.
What adhesive should I use?
We recommend standard spray adhesive for acoustic foam. Apply to both the wall and the back of the tile, wait until tacky, then press firmly into place. We stock a compatible adhesive spray if needed.
Will these protect my walls from golf ball impacts?
Yes. The dense foam construction absorbs the energy from errant golf ball strikes, protecting your walls from dents and damage. They are designed specifically with golf simulator use in mind.
Which pattern should I choose?
The cross pattern design (400x400mm) provides slightly better acoustic absorption due to the increased surface area. The flat design (800x400mm) offers a cleaner, more minimal look and covers more area per tile. Both provide excellent wall protection.
