The Harris

Case Study

The Brief

The client wanted a standalone garden building to house a private golf simulator, positioned within a natural, tree-lined setting. The aim was to create a calm, self-contained space for practice and enjoyment, while keeping the external appearance simple and in keeping with the surrounding landscape.

The Solution

We supplied and installed a purpose-built timber garden room designed to accommodate a full golf simulator setup. The building was finished in a muted blue tone to sit comfortably within its rural surroundings and minimise visual impact. Internally, the layout was configured to provide safe swing clearance, clear ball flight, and reliable simulator performance. The space was prepared for professional simulator equipment, including impact screen, projection, and specialist flooring, while lighting and internal finishes were selected to maintain a focused, distraction-free environment.

The Result

The completed garden simulator provides a quiet, immersive practice space that can be used year-round. It offers the client a dedicated golf environment away from the main house, blending naturally into the garden while delivering a high-quality indoor golfing experience that enhances both leisure time and property use.
