Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please read the following carefully:

1. Returns Window: Returns are accepted up to 30 days from the date of delivery.
2. Condition of Returned Items: To qualify for a straightforward refund, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. If a product has been opened or used, a refund may be refused at our discretion.

6. Right to Refuse Returns: We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds on items that show signs of misuse, intentional damage, or fall outside our return window.
7. Refund Processing Time: Once a returned item is received and approved, your refund will be processed as quickly as possible. Refunds typically appear in your account within 3–7 working days, depending on your bank.
