  • You notify us of your intention to return the product within the 14-day period.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed. We recommend using a tracked service for your protection.

2. Faulty or Defective Products

3. Made-to-Order / Bespoke Items
Products that are made to order, customised, or bespoke are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless they:

  • Arrive damaged

  • Are incorrectly produced

  • Do not match the agreed specification

Please ensure all specifications and measurements are correct at the time of ordering.

4. How to Return an Item

  • The reason for the return

  • Photos if applicable

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send your item back.

5. Refund Processing
Once we have received and inspected your return:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7โ€“10 business days

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or sent in error
